I'm sorry for pushing you. [He does sound apologetic.] The Admiral has an interesting sense of humor. [Speaking of the flood, and this 'pairing'. Though he doesn't object to the second, really.] If I need something, I'll be sure to ask.

[Armand's own performance doesn't involve any enthusiasm, but there's no appearance of active malice.]

[As he knows Fizzarolli knows from the Admiral's announcement. He doesn't feel like being helpful.]

[Bells jingle as Fizz nods with a briefly uncertain look. But he recovers with a gravelly laugh.]

You're actually my first inmate.

And lucky you- I got myself banned from the kitchens, so I'm all yours if you need or want anything.

I work in the kitchens.

[It's hard to have never done anything wrong and still end up faced with a clown almost a century after escaping his time as theater director.]

I do not know if this 'counts' as having an 'inmate'. I have been given to understand the relationship is different when not so... short-term.
