I. I wanna make you feel good, too. [As much as Armand claims to enjoy giving, and as much as he claims he doesn't need Gojyo to reciprocate, there does come a point when Gojyo feels like kind of a shitty partner if he's not giving anything back.]
[An alarming number of people who know Gojyo are under the delusion that he is a kind/sweet/good person. Gojyo has no clue where they get this ridiculous idea.
Gojyo does let go of Armand's hand as they exit the Enclosure. Because nothing says "nothing homosexual is going on here" as two guys exiting the Enclosure and immediately heading towards one of their cabins.]
[Armand would've been surprised if Gojyo had held on. They've managed so much open communication - what else could you call establishing that Gojyo isn't gay, and that that doesn't matter? - he'd expect Gojyo would say something if he decided he was no longer heterosexual.
Armand would be willing to pretend to be with Gojyo if he decided he wanted to try to make his married friend jealous, because he can be generous to, but that's also something that would require communication.
Yet another reason he should have his ability to read minds returned to him.
Armand's cabin isn't exactly bright and cheerful, but the subdued colors don't go to somber even if just how expensive everything is can be missed if you don't share the same cultural perspective.]
Clearly this is proof of what a good friend Armand is.
A lot of the expensive items in Armand's cabin do escape Gojyo's notice due to cultural differences... but a few pieces here and there come with enough noticeable weight, enough effortless but obvious craft that some long-buried thief-instinct scratches at his brain as he looks over the place.
He doesn't act on it, of course. Instead, he puts and arm around Armand's shoulders.
Armand turns towards him slightly, as he uses the arm around his shoulders as a reason to move a little closer. They're in private again, after all. Even more private that the Enclosure, in a way, as there's no one to stand outside the door wondering who's using it.
He doesn't give any particular weight to it being his 'real' room, rather than the ever open to change Enclosure.
"It should. My partner was an art dealer. When you get money a classy way it's important to match."
"It's also a nice way to signal to thieves that 'hey, just a heads-up; we've got shit worth stealing'", Gojyo helpfully comments. In private, these days, Gojyo doesn't hesitate to close the distance and kiss Armand.
After pausing for air...
"Was I drunk enough to get the details wrong, or weren't you also an art dealer?"
"If a thief managed to get past my security system, they would deserve it." Much like how his own ability to make off with pieces of art if he really wants to means that he deserves it when he does.
He keeps his arms looped around Gojyo's neck as he pauses for air.
"Only because Louis was." So he would say that it's more complicated then them both being art dealers.
"Huh. Guess that makes sense. Why else would you choose a boring-sounding job like that?"
But whatever reason this Louis is an ex-partner -- a break-up, Armand's death -- Gojyo figures that's not a fun topic right now, and he is trying for fun.
It's not fun, and he speaks of it because he's not in the best mood after everything's that happened. He does... appreciate that Gojyo is trying for better topics.
He smiles at him.
"Possibly more comfortable than you have felt before," he says, lightly teasing.
Armand's shirts are almost always partially unbuttoned, just as that when he's not wearing a button-down he tends to have deep necklines. He's not a vampire that needs to protect his neck, nor a man who has an aversion to showing any skin. Despite the differences in their choices when it comes to fashion, here at least there's a certain similarity.
Though you're not going to find Armand in jeans, unless he's suffering particularly drastic effects from a flood.
He works to help Gojyo undress, pushing him gently back towards the bed. It is comfortable (such comfort is unnecessary for a vampire, which is what had amused Armand about selecting it), and he thinks it might help avoid triggering any extra awkwardness about it by using traditional means of distraction (in this case, kissing him).
Gojyo tries his best to just get lost in the horniness and so kisses back enthusiastically, dragging Armand down with him on the bed. After a minute, though--
"...Uh, your pants gotta go too, right?"
Nothing they've done so far has required Armand to undress much, and... Okay, maybe taking off another guy's pants still feels a little weird.
"As do yours." Armand's good at getting off clothes whatever his position, he does have a long list of important skills, and good at 'how'. Considering everything, he goes for speed over performance. Perhaps at some point, but right now there's no need to let anyone's mind dwell over how much he unusually is or isn't wearing.
It's just the two of them.
It's best to remind Gojyo that he's with someone who he's already used to being intimate with - even if certain details are different than normal - then let him get into his head about the general concept.
Pants go in a flurry of efficiency, and Gojyo positions himself to be on top of Armand. He doesn't know if this is how it's going to go with what they have planned, and he's not confident in the slightest, but... being on top is what he's used to, and it seems the least emasculating option. He reaches down to kiss Armand as reassurance.
Usually, Armand doesn’t have to offer much in the way of ‘instruction’, as it were. He encourages Gojyo towards certain things, but at the end of the day it’s not as if Gojyo is unfamiliar with blowjobs.
Goyjo’s also far from unfamiliar with being in bed with a woman, but Armand doesn’t doubt Goyjo thinks of that as completely unrelated.
“You’re a natural,” he murmurs, which is to say that he’d done as Armand had expected and enjoyed.
He draws Goyjo into a long kiss, which he’s found can promise enough to get Goyjo a little less in his own head: a way to help him adjust to being so close, without him getting too stuck on little details of gender.
